MATRIX Android privacy policy

This policy covers MATRIX by ZBANI for Android, package com.megavast.matrix, and its test package com.megavast.matrix.test. ZBABO’s browser games and website accounts are separate services covered by the website privacy policy.

Who operates the app

Publisher and privacy contact: MEGAVAST LTD, trading as ZBANI Game Studio. Email [email protected]. Please use “MATRIX app” or “ZBABO website” in your subject so we can identify the service.

Information kept on your device

The game keeps progress, preferences, achievements, locally created levels, play credits and XP in app storage. Advertising privacy choices and a protected/older age setting are also kept locally. The app does not save an exact birth date or send your selected age band to our server. These game saves are not uploaded by this version. Android cloud backup is disabled.

Google advertising and privacy services

If you enable online advertising and the applicable privacy checks allow an ad request, the app uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google’s advertising SDK collects and shares network information including IP address (which can indicate approximate location), ad/app interactions such as taps and video views, diagnostic and performance information, and SDK device or app identifiers as applicable to the request configuration. The purposes include ad delivery and measurement, advertising analytics, security and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing.

The app removes the Android Advertising ID and Android AdServices permissions and disables Google’s publisher first-party ID before requesting ads. All ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment, G-rated content and non-personalized advertising. Under-16 users additionally receive under-age-of-consent treatment. We do not add analytics, social, crash-reporting or mediation SDKs of our own. The advertising SDK can still collect its own diagnostics and app/ad interaction metrics.

Google processes advertising information under its own privacy policy and partner-services explanation. Connections from Google’s advertising SDK use encryption in transit. We do not control Google’s independent retention periods or imply that deleting game saves deletes information already processed by Google.

Children and families

The audience includes children and older players. A neutral age-range selection happens before advertising privacy setup. The selection is used on the device for privacy protection; it is not an account and does not collect a name, email or exact birthday. You can choose to play without online ads. Children should ask a parent or guardian before contacting support or opening an external website. This app version has no account registration, chat, public uploads, social messaging or payments. It does not request precise location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions.

Your choices

• Choose “Play without online ads” during first setup, or open Menu → Privacy & support → Advertising privacy → Stop online ads on this device. This stops new ad requests; it does not undo processing that has already happened.
• Use Google privacy choices in the same menu to revisit a Google privacy form when one is required for your device or region.
• You can reset the local age/privacy choices from that menu. You will be asked again before new ad requests.
• Offline gameplay remains available without advertising. A network or consent failure does not block gameplay.

Retention and deletion

Game data stays on this device until you delete it, clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app. You can export a progress backup under Saves; that backup is under your control and does not include the credit wallet. Use Menu → Privacy & support → Delete app data to read the instructions and confirm deletion. This app has no online game account to delete. See the app data deletion page.

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email, message and optional screenshot. We use it to respond, troubleshoot and address privacy requests. Do not send passwords, purchase-card details or unnecessary information about a child. We retain support correspondence only as needed for the request, security or legal obligations; contact us to request deletion.

Your privacy rights and international processing

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. For information controlled by MEGAVAST LTD, contact us above. For information independently controlled by Google, use Google’s privacy tools or contact Google. Google’s services may process information outside your country under the safeguards described in its policies. Applicable legal bases depend on the processing and location, including consent where required, providing requested support, and legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention subject to applicable protections.

Policy changes
