This policy covers zbabo.com and its browser platform. The offline Android game has a separate app privacy policy.

Website and account information

When you visit the website, our hosting services receive technical information such as IP address, request URL, time and browser information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. If you create an account, we process your email, display name, password hash, avatar, account preferences and verification/recovery records. Guest profiles use a browser session. Sessions and security/CSRF cookies are necessary for account features.

Depending on the features you use, we store favorites, recent games, results, profile details, friendships, community memberships, messages, posts, uploaded images, reactions, moderation reports and blocks. Information you publish in a public profile, game or group may be visible to other players. Private messages are delivered to the intended participants and may be reviewed where needed for a safety report or legal requirement. Browser games may have separate local saves and account systems; Matrix browser accounts are separate from the ZBABO platform.

Cookies, advertising and measurement

Essential storage supports account sessions, security, local game saves and your cookie choice. Optional Google AdSense advertising and Google Analytics tags on pages managed by this website are held until you choose the relevant category. We do not place Google’s Android AdMob unit into website HTML. Google’s own regional privacy messages and advertising eligibility requirements also apply; enabling a category does not guarantee an ad will be served.

If you allow advertising or analytics, Google can process IP address, device/browser information, cookies or identifiers and interaction data for the enabled service. Google describes its processing in its privacy policy and partner-services policy. You may accept, reject or separately choose optional categories. You can revisit cookie choices at any time. Rejecting optional categories does not prevent core browsing or game play. Cookies already set by another provider may require removal in your browser settings.

Purpose, sharing and retention

We use information to operate requested account/game/community features, answer support, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on providing requested services, consent for optional tags, and legitimate interests in security and service operation subject to your rights. Hosting, email-delivery and enabled Google services process the information needed for their roles. Google and other providers may process information outside your country under their published safeguards. We do not sell account passwords or private-message content to advertisers.

Account and community records remain while needed for the relevant service, deletion requests, safety or legal obligations. Deleting an account removes its associated platform records through the service’s deletion function. Limited security/legal records and existing backup copies can remain where justified and are restricted to those purposes. We do not promise that copies another player has made or information independently processed by Google can be deleted by our account function.

Children and safety

Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of browser games and community features. Do not submit a child’s unnecessary personal information, precise location or contact details in profiles or public content. Contact us for a child-data or safety concern. The Android release keeps online account registration, messaging and public uploads disabled; those restrictions do not automatically apply to this separate website.

Access, deletion and your rights

You can clear browser storage to remove local saves and guest-session access. Depending on your location, you may have access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability and consent-withdrawal rights, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.
