ZBABO website terms of use

These terms cover the ZBABO website and browser platform operated by MEGAVAST LTD. The Android game has its own app terms.

Accounts and access

Use accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Children should use the service with a parent or guardian’s supervision and any consent required by local law. Individual games and community features may have additional rules. Guest profiles depend on browser sessions and may be lost when cookies are cleared.

Community conduct and content

Do not post unlawful, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening or infringing content, expose someone’s private information, harass others, cheat or attempt unauthorized access. Use block/report controls for harmful interactions. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement or legal obligations. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken.

You retain rights in your original submissions. By posting material, you permit us to host, reproduce and display it as needed to provide the features you chose, subject to privacy settings and applicable law. You must have rights to upload the content. Public content can be viewed or copied by others. Do not post information you need to keep confidential.

Games, advertising and purchases

Games may store progress locally or in their own accounts. Export available backups where important. Optional advertising and analytics are described in the privacy policy. Any paid offering must show its actual price, included benefits and applicable terms before payment. Unavailable shop controls do not create a purchase, charge or entitlement. The Android version currently has no active payment feature.

Software, availability and rights

MEGAVAST LTD and its licensors retain rights in their software, artwork and branding. Use the service for its intended personal/gameplay purposes. We aim to address defects but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of every local save. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded are preserved. Cyprus law applies subject to mandatory protections and courts available in your place of residence.

Deletion and changes

You can stop using the service and request deletion through the account deletion process. We may update these terms as features or requirements change and will communicate material changes appropriately.
