MATRIX Android terms of use

These terms cover MATRIX by ZBANI for Android, published by MEGAVAST LTD. They describe the features actually available in version 0.2.0.

Using the game

You may install and play the game for personal use and create levels with its local editor. A parent or guardian should help children understand these terms and privacy choices. Do not use the app to distribute unlawful content, interfere with services, exploit security flaws or infringe another person’s rights. Local level codes and backups are shared at your discretion; this app version does not publish them to an online community.

Free access, credits and advertising

The app is free. Normal official attempts use locally earned play credits: the starting grant is 50 credits; one credit unlocks 10 normal attempts; 10 daily credits can be claimed once per new UTC day after the starting day. Practice and editor testing do not cost credits. Unused attempts remain saved locally. XP, stars and collectible coins are separate from spendable credits.

Credits in this version cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed for money or used outside the game. No in-app purchase or subscription is active. Native Google advertising may appear only in the Home menu after privacy setup. Ads are labeled and separated from gameplay controls. Ad availability is not guaranteed. You can use the game offline or stop online ads from Advertising privacy settings.

Your content and our software

You retain any rights you have in the original content you create in the editor. You are responsible for having permission to use content you import or share. MEGAVAST LTD and its licensors retain rights in the app, its original artwork, music, branding and software. These terms do not restrict rights granted by applicable open-source licences or mandatory law.

Local saves and updates

Progress and levels are stored locally. Clearing storage, uninstalling, device loss or storage failure can remove them. Use Saves to export a progress backup; play credits and XP are separate from that backup. Keep your own copy of exported files. Android engine and native-feature updates are delivered as app updates; this version does not download executable game updates from our website.

Availability and consumer rights

We aim to keep the app working and correct reported defects, but cannot promise uninterrupted advertising services, compatibility with every device or preservation of every local save. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the app is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including protections relating to fraud, gross negligence or statutory guarantees.

Changes and contact

Future purchases, subscriptions or online features require updated disclosures and their own clear terms before use. These terms are governed by Cyprus law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and courts available in your country of residence. We may update these terms for changes to the app or legal requirements; material changes will be communicated appropriately.
