Delete your ZBABO account

ZBABO website accounts, browser Matrix accounts and local Android saves are separate.

Delete a ZBABO account or guest profile

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings and find Delete this account (or guest profile).
3. Enter your current password if requested, type DELETE and confirm. This is permanent.

The platform’s deletion function removes the account and associated records such as avatar, favorites, recent-game history, friendships, messages and owned groups. Content copied by others and records that must be retained for security/legal reasons can be outside this deletion. Clearing browser cookies alone removes session access; it does not delete a registered account.

Browser Matrix accounts

Accounts created inside the browser Matrix game use its own account service. Contact us from the registered email and specify “browser Matrix account deletion” so we can identify the correct service and verify the request. Do not send a password.

Android app

The current Android app has no online account. Use the Android data deletion instructions to clear its local data.

If you cannot sign in

Contact us from the account’s registered email where possible. Specify the service and request. We may ask for proportionate verification to prevent someone else deleting your account.
